If you do not know who Elliott Hulse is, 

Well, he is an inspirational speaker, thinker, motivator, breakthrough coach, strengthcamp trainer…

I am giving him all these titles…(LOL)

He is a very multidimensional influencer on the internet.

 

I follow his videos daily. Although I don’t quite fit in his audience demographics (which is men from age of 15~35), but I find so much value from his videos. 

My boyfriend who never grew up with a father said that Elliott Hulse is like a father and role model he never had. He always thanked me for introducing him to Elliot Hulse.

 

I always remember Elliott Hulse video titled “Ugly Girl”. 

I always remember that video because I used to think I was an ugly girl.

Elliott Hulse has 3 or 4 youtube channels,  over 1 Million subscribers. 

Some are dedicated to bodybuilding, some are words of wisdom everything from success thoughts to showing a man how to pursue a girl.

Recently, he released a contest where he asked his fans to submit their compliation of YO Elliott clips. The winning award is a mini-IPAD giveaway for the best video.

 

What a smart marketing campaign Elliot has!!

 

I think another internet celebrity Marie Forleo did something similar recently for her fans to apply for her online training program B School scholarship. 

 

This is a very awesome way to engage with your fans through awards contest and also get third party endorsement through the process.

There is no better marketing than social media testimonies from raving fans.

 

It is truly a win-win situation.

The main reason why Elliott Hulse is so popular on youtube is because there is so much value and widsom in his videos.

 

A Social Media Expert Gary Vaynerchuck once said,

“Content is King, Marketing in Queen.”  

That is why one must aim to give value to the market place first.

At that time, I just did a video about “believing in yourself”…
