Greatness exists in ALL OF US.

Connie my team member cried when I showed her the video.

She said that she knows all my team members are like my children and I want them to get their breakthrough emotionally, financially.

She is right.

I care about my team members like they are my children.

Connie has told me that her mother-in-law advised her this business may not be for her because Connie is not Cindy Lin.

Connie’s mother in law is half wrong and half correct.

Here is my video that addressed this issue.

I believe that Connie is Connie, and she doesn’t have to be Cindy Lin.

You can model after somone but still be you.

Connie can be exactly who she is and achieve what she wants using her own personal brand.

Connie can achieve her dream because ANYTHING is possible.

Now, I do have an issue with dream stealers.

NO ONE has the right to steal anyone else dream.

Many people has tried to talk me out of my dream.

I gave up my 6 figure job, my 401k and my stock options and

had to start over to recreate a career.

I was once a top 10% performer in the engineering company

I worked at and then dropped all the way to

bottom 10% performer in my last year.

Was I a failure??

No!

My heart simply was not there anymore.

Once you saw something better, it is hard to accept mediocrity.

I saw a group of people enjoying the laptop internet marketing lifestyle, I flew to the mastermind meet up place in Miami, talked with them.

It was GAME OVER.

It was once my dream to work at a big company

doing the corporate thing but

people’s dream and goal can change over time as the awareness grows.

Yes when I prepared my journey to exit the cubicle life to be a

full time entreprenuer,

I had to move to a cheaper apartment,

I had to stop eating out,

I had to adjust my lifestyle completely

so I can completely focus on getting my business started.

But at least that was my choice!

I used to go to the library when it opened and leave when it closed.

I do a lot of marketing videos on the beach but that is marketing.

Right now 10 months later, I am living my dream!!

I am living in Hawaii making over $3.1K just last week alone.

What most people don’t see is that it was through countless hours of

grinding, self development of audio and reading, re-adjusting my

activities to get result.

Now I learned working on my mind every single day because

it is so easy to give up if you start believing in those “noises”

My biggest wealth today is not just $3k or $5k or $7k, $15k a month.

My biggest wealth today is my freedom,

I am not locked up in a cubicle anymore;

I can visit my family overseas anytime I want;

I can do what I am passionate about

which is mentoring, coaching and self development.

I chose never to report to any boss so I had to go through

“my process”.

I also went through a whole journey of getting clarity of

who I want to become and what I want out of life.

Maybe Connie’s mother-in-law’s comment is out of love or protection.

But it does not matter.

It is the biggest myth in the world to think that someone else is

special and you are not.

Anything can be learned. Language, confidence, communication skills.

Anything!

I want you to PROTECT your dream.

PROTECT it like it is your LIFE.

Forget about being realistic.

Being realistic is the fastest way to mediocrity.

Make a CHOICE and

Decide

Who you are are going to be,

what you are going to do.

Just Decide. It is important to get clarity.

I used to believe in others criticism,

and thought that I would not accomplish anything major.

Self development has changed my life and

now I make it a mission to make this world a better place

by serving others.

I am here to serve.

Don’t let anyone talk you out of your dream.

Nobody, not your mother, not your father, not your best friend.

You can make anything a reality.

If others have shown you something is possible already, then why can’t you just follow and get it done?

Greatness exists in ALL OF US.

When you understand that,

and start Loving yourself,

Believing in yourself,

then

your GREATNESS will deserve its moment.

“Pretty girl seeking a rich husband”

I have to reblog this because I find this story so intriguing.

A young and pretty lady posted this on a popular forum:

Title: What should I do to marry a rich guy?

I’m going to be honest of what I’m going to say here.

I’m 25 this year. I’m very pretty, have style and good taste. I wish to marry a guy with $500k annual salary or above.

You might say that I’m greedy, but an annual salary of $1M is considered only as middle class in New York.

My requirement is not high. Is there anyone in this forum who has an income of $500k annual salary? Are you all married?

I wanted to ask: what should I do to marry rich persons like you?

Among those I’ve dated, the richest is $250k annual income, and it seems that this is my upper limit.

If someone is going to move into high cost residential area on the west of New York City Garden(?), $250k annual income is not enough.

I’m here humbly to ask a few questions:

1) Where do most rich bachelors hang out? (Please list down the names and addresses of bars, restaurant, gym)

2) Which age group should I target?

3) Why most wives of the riches are only average-looking? I’ve met a few girls who don’t have looks and are not interesting, but they are able to marry rich guys.

4) How do you decide who can be your wife, and who can only be your girlfriend? (my target now is to get married)

Dear Ms. Pretty,

I have read your post with great interest. Guess there are lots of girls out there who have similar questions like yours. Please allow me to analyse your situation as a professional investor.

My annual income is more than $500k, which meets your requirement, so I hope everyone believes that I’m not wasting time here.

From the standpoint of a business person, it is a bad decision to marry you. The answer is very simple, so let me explain.

Put the details aside, what you’re trying to do is an exchange of “beauty” and “money” : Person A provides beauty, and Person B pays for it, fair and square.

However, there’s a deadly problem here, your beauty will fade, but my money will not be gone without any good reason. The fact is, my income might increase from year to year, but you can’t be prettier year after year.

Hence from the viewpoint of economics, I am an appreciation asset, and you are a depreciation asset. It’s not just normal depreciation, but exponential depreciation. If that is your only asset, your value will be much worse 10 years later.

By the terms we use in Wall Street, every trading has a position, dating with you is also a “trading position”.

If the trade value dropped we will sell it and it is not a good idea to keep it for long term – same goes with the marriage that you wanted. It might be cruel to say this, but in order to make a wiser decision any assets with great depreciation value will be sold or “leased”.

Anyone with over $500k annual income is not a fool; we would only date you, but will not marry you. I would advice that you forget looking for any clues to marry a rich guy. And by the way, you could make yourself to become a rich person with $500k annual income.This has better chance than finding a rich fool.

I thought this story was funny because I did once have a friend who is very pretty and shared with me exactly where she goes to date rich man.

There is no Better time than “NOW”

This video explains how we can trick our brain and kill procrastination.

The recipe of my success is

1) a Clear goal a crystal clear goal of what exactly I want to achieve with a timestamp.

2) I brain storm 50 things how I am going to achieve it, I circled out the top 15 things I can do very well; how frequently and what time frame.

3) I map out my current resources and how I am going to do it.

4) I list out my need resources, and I brainstorm how I can get it.

5) I write out WHO exactly do I want to become at the end of the day

Work on your mind everyday
Clear personal vision and mission
Find 1, 2, person you want to model after and study the 1, 2 person to the T
Sell something only you believe 1000% in
Work on your Personal strategy that you can outcool your compeition
Stick with your plan and FOCUS
Be a Meaningful Specific, not a wondering generality.

You can apply the same principle to everything in life.

In case nobody remind you, you know what, you are amazing and you have greatness in you. I believe we can accomplish anything what we put our mind to.
